Case Update - January 29, 2013

The deadline to submit a claim and become eligible for a payment under the approved travel trailer and contractor settlements has passed. Claims are currently being processed by the claims administrator. At an undetermined future date, all claimants for whom a claim form was received will receive written confirmation from the Office of the Special Master informing them of their allocation award eligibility based on the information provided by the claimant's submission. Please be patient as there is currently no specific time frame set for this initial communication to take place.

1. Important dates in these cases:

The deadline to submit a valid claim, October 12, 2012, has passed.
The deadline to be excluded from the settlement, August 17, 2012, has passed.
The deadline to object to the Settlement Agreement, August 31, 2012, has passed.
The Fairness hearing for this case was held on September 27, 2012.
